往 + direction + verb: 往右拐 (turn right), 往前走 (go straight). Indicates the direction of movement.

到 + place + 去/走: 到红绿灯路口往右拐 (go to the traffic light intersection and turn right). '到' marks the destination.

从 + place + 到 + place: 从这儿到超市远吗?(Is it far from here to the supermarket?) Expresses distance between two points.
